Kayla M. Zizzi

Passionate litigator and client advocate dedicated to representing clients in their personal, family, and business endeavors.

Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, P.C., Kayla served as Assistant Attorney for the Cumberland County Office of the Public Defender, as well as the Dauphin County Office of the Public Defender, where she became passionate about working in the field of public interest. She uses her experience in the Court of Common Pleas, Magisterial District Court, and Appellate Court to apply it to both criminal and civil cases. In addition to her vast experience in these areas, Kayla has recently expanded her practice to include family law matters, where she applies the same compassion and dedication to assist clients through challenging personal situations. With her natural inclination to stand up for others, a few of Kayla’s greatest strengths are compassion, dedication and a zealous drive to advocate for her clients.

Kayla is impassioned about litigation, as demonstrated through her knowledge and valuable experience analyzing, negotiating, and drafting legal documents while handling all aspects of the process from conducting research to preparing for trial. Kayla has a knack for detecting unforeseen complications and addressing not only the obvious issues, but many that may not be as apparent. Kayla’s goal is always to obtain the best possible outcome, and she utilizes her inherent flair for determining the best course of action to ensure this happens for her clients.

Kayla earned her Juris Doctor degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Kayla enjoys spending time with family, running, and volunteering with local charities and animal shelters.
